Borrowing Freedom @ St-Eloi, Cuges les Pins

Here’s some pics of Borrowing Freedom, installed on Rue Victor Hugo, on the route of the St-Eloi cavalcade in Cuges les Pins, France. The 22 black & white photographs, made during the festival of St-Eloi, 2013 were presented either side of an old water fountain, traditionally used to water horses.

Once again I was hosted by Madeline Dore and Fransoise Rod of Tadlachance who helped make it possible. The location was fab and made better when members of the cavalcade noticed them.

In the evening further up the street we organised a pop-up projection of the images, where bizzarely people turned up with their camping chairs to sit and look at the pics!
